Great staffing/recruiting opportunity for a customer service pro in Glasgow!
Employment Plus has an immediate opening for a Staffing Specialist in our Glasgow (KY) branch. This role will involve recruiting, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of job openings at local companies.
If you are a motivated go-getter with related experience in staffing/recruiting, retail supervision, or customer service AND you have the desire to help good people get good jobs - then we would love to hear from you!

Duties will include:
Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
Acting as liaison with our clients; evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open orders in an effective and timely manner
Delivering top-notch customer service to candidates, field employees, and client companies alike!
Orienting, onboarding, and helping to manage the field employee workforce
Demonstrating the company's and the area's core values, operating principles, and service differentiators

Requirements include:
At least one year of staffing/recruiting experience
Solid customer service background and a flexible can do! attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems as needed
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow through with an appropriate sense of urgency
Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
