DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Satisfaction Manager. The primary goal of Federal-Mogul's Lean Enterprise system is to create a culture dedicated to customer satisfaction, waste elimination, continual and breakthrough improvements, standard best practices and innovation through the use of its employees' capabilities, resulting in global profitable growth. The Plant/Location Customer Satisfaction Manager will lead the integration and deployment of Lean Enterprise into all quality functions at their assigned location(s). The Customer Satisfaction Manager will work closely with the Business Unit Customer Satisfaction Director (or designee) and the local Management team (including, but not limited to: Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Lean, Finance, etc.) and Plant Manager to achieve and sustain the Lean Enterprise transformation, by practicing the Built-in-Quality, Error Proofing and variability reduction in all processes. The Customer Satisfaction Manager specifically directs the activities in quality services that enable attainment of Federal-Mogul and plant objectives in process and product quality, cost reduction and continual and breakthrough improvements to meet customer needs and expectations. He/she develops, implements, coordinates and has ultimate responsibility for the Quality function at the location(s) assigned by performing the following duties personally and by coaching and training all employees to perform them.
REQUIREMENTS:
(applicants with any suitable equivalent combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable):
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years experience in job described or as Quality Engineer. Experience must include: Developing and implementing quality inspection requirements and procedures for automotive parts manufacturing; working with ISO/TS technical and customer specific quality requirements, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, and internal auditing for manufacturing operations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
