PDS Tech is seeking an experienced System/Network Analyst to provide Intel server and
network infrastructure support in a healthcare environment the position is located in Glasgow Kentucky.
In your role you will:
Candidate must have
excellent customer service skills via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
Candidate must also have strong analytical skills and will be expected to help
set strategic and tactical technology roadmaps.
The primary skill sets needed
for this position will be Microsoft Server and Active Directory management and
administration in a VM environment along with EMC SAN implementation and
administration.
The secondary skill sets needed for this position is basic
understanding of networking technologies.
Experience with Enterasys a plus.
Responsibilities
Build, support and administer Virtual Servers and SAN
environments for the healthcare institution.
Provide sound technical
solutions and recommendations to meet the healthcare's business needs.
Support the Network and desktop teams as needed
Provide input towards
technical roadmap for the hospital
Participate in Siemens technology calls
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and
Experience:
o Associates Degree
preferred or equivalent experience
o 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Server
and/or Networking support experience.
o 1 years of hands-on experience
supporting Microsoft Servers in a VM environment.
o 1 years of hands-on
experience implementing and supporting network & security infrastructure.
o Ability to lead and assist with complex projects, create and follow work
plans.
o Ability to develop/provide input to all required project
documentation.
o Excellent and demonstrated customer service and
communication skills
o A positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
o
Self-motivated.
o Can work both independently and with-in a team
environment.
o Proficiency in problem solving, strong interpersonal, time
management.
o Valid Driver's license and able to travel to local facilities
when needed 30-50%
o Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Preferred
Knowledge/Skills, Education, and
Experience:
o Curent Microsoft
certifications. MSCE, MCSA, MCP
o ITIL Certification
o Solid
understanding of HIPAA and HITECH requirements
