Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor. This role will oversee and manage all production operations in adherence to established policies and guidelines. This role entails multifaceted responsibilities ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of manufacturing processes.Key

Leadership and Development:
o Recruit, train, and assess team members' professional growth. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure precision and quality in production procedures. Production Scheduling and Management:
o Plan and organize the production team's schedules. Facility Maintenance:
o Supervise cleanliness, sanitization, and maintain a safe work environment.Requirement/ Skills:
High school diploma or GED. 3
years of manufacturing experience (beverage/food industry highly preferred). 2
years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Experience with Food Safety, HACCP, and GMPs preferred. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills.
