4K a year Customer Service Analyst - Glasgow, KY The Customer Service Analyst is key to the daily operations process.
The main responsibility of this role is to support the customers, work hand in hand with the 3PL and assist the Sales Team as well.
This position also, has the opportunity to work across disciplines with Supply Chain, Pricing and Finance.
Other responsibilities include managing customer portals, support customer set up, back-order reports and new launches as it relates to customer services.
To be a liaison with our 3PL to ensure order processing efficiently and accurately.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Communicate directly with ICS regarding daily releases, EDI errors, pricing discrepancies.
Communicate directly and promptly with the customers regarding PO tracking, product inquiries, invoices, or pack list requests.
Work closely with Sales, Supply, Pricing and Finance Facilitate Shortages and Overage claims between customer & 3PL.
Initiate RGA/Call tag request with ICS for customers appropriately Handle license requests, COA, COC, COI requests Provide customers with weekly back-order updates.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
