JOB SUMMARY 9a-5p 3 days per week Ensures that front office operations at R
Med Spa run smoothly and efficiently.
Primary responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, processing payments, assisting with product sales and education, maintain inventory and handling sensitive information.
The Front Office Coordinator must be personable, presentable, and organized.
Requirements:
Minimum Education High School Diploma, required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, preferred Minimum Work Experience Medical office experience preferred Basic computer skills required Exemplary organizational skills required Experience processing collections and daily deposits Experience with inventory management Coordinates and manages small projects, events and mailings Required Skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in data entry Excellent multi tasker Ability to work independently as well as team setting Exemplary customer service skills Functional Demands Physical Requirements Sitting - 16 - 31% Walking - equal to or greater than 32% Standing - equal to or greater than 32% Bending/Squatting - 16 - 31% Climbing/Kneeling - 16 - 31% Twisting - 16 - 31% Visual and Hearing Requirements Must be able to hear clearly with assistance.

Physical/Environmental Requirements Lifting - 0-50 lbs, 50 or more with assistance Carrying - 0-50 lbs, 50 or more with assistance Pulling - Up to 100 lbs Pushing - Up to 100 lbs OSHA Category High potential for direct exposure ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Full-time, trained and certified on necessary devices and treatments Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to clients, staff, and vendors Knowledgeable of all aesthetic services rendered and products offered Schedules client appointments and coordinates reminders Coordinates check in and check out; welcoming and assisting clients Collects and processes all payment transactions Responds to client issues and returns calls and emails to clients in a prompt manner Promotes retail sales and treatments Manages EMR platform Manages inventory and reports itemized list to Office Manager Coordinates small projects NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Maintains Front Office Manual, updating all forms, manuals and charts as necessary Oversees office supplies; organizing, maintaining and communicating needs on a weekly basis to Office Manager Maintains staff break room, event room, and treatment rooms as needed; including room set up and clean up Coordinates the maintenance of devices and office equipment ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS T.
