Our company is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our quality control systems, ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards.
This role is instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality and driving our continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Quality Manager, your main duties will include:
1.
Overseeing and managing the Quality Control department to ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
2.
Implementing and maintaining the IATF 16949 standard within the organization.
3.
Developing, implementing, and improving the Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with the organization's objectives.
4.
Conducting root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
5.
Preparing and maintaining quality documentation, including control plans, process flow diagrams, and FMEA.
6.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and improve operational efficiency.
7.
Training and mentoring staff on quality control measures and standards.
8.
Conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
9.
Working closely with other departments to implement quality measures and standards across the organization.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control management role in the manufacturing industry.
3.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, quality documentation, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Continuous Improvement.
4.
Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
